Backstory: I booked a 40 hour trip from Lisbon to Amsterdam hoping I’d get work done on the way. They advertise as “Wi-Fi onboard”. The driver said Wi-Fi was unimportant and didn’t turn it on or it was broken… basically, NO Wi-Fi onboard. And this was the “manager” I “talked to”
