@OghenefegoOfili Excellent explanation, my dear brother - Dr. Shokunbi. Perhaps the writer or reporter did not check for exogenous/chemical contamination. E.g., pesticides in beans or chemicals used "illegally" for ripening of plantain? Chemical contamination of foods can be life-threatening.
