Important (this is slightly long but this is how you might lose your citizenship).

SIR will now be conducted this month by ECI in the remaining 17 states.

Here’s an explainer on how Gyanesh Kumar is working with BJP to delete Indian citizens:

Step 1

👉 During the SIR process, your name will be marked as “under adjudication” without giving any reasons. In Bengal, over 60 LAKH people were marked as “under adjudication” including former judges, retired IAS officers, decorated army personnel, & medal-winning sportspersons. Sometimes all it takes is a typo in your/your parents’ name.

👉 This is done through a mysterious AI software and happens to BOTH BJP and non-BJP voters

👉 Once you are marked as “under adjudication”, you will get a notice asking you to prove why you should be included as a voter

Now this is where it gets scary as told to me by someone in the know

Step 2:

👉 Over the last 2-3 years, BJP has appointed survey agencies to map voters who vote for them across all states. This is done using booth-level data, missed-call campaigns, & social media analytics

👉 BJP then shares this booth-wise list of their voters with their people in the ECI

👉 Then, during the adjudication process, BJP voters are added while others are rejected

👉 If you’re rejected, you are DELETED from the voter list

Now what happens?

There are only 3 conditions required to vote in India:

1. You should be a citizen
2. You should be above 18 years of age
3. You should be ordinarily residing in your area

Therefore, if you are residing in a particular area and are above 18 years of age, being deleted from the voters list means ONLY one thing:

That you are NOT a citizen of India.

Indian law is unique because there’s no single document which qualifies as “proof of citizenship”. Therefore, once you’re deleted from the voter list, you can very likely lose your citizenship.

As CM @MamataOfficial has repeatedly said: SIR is actually a back-door NRC.

Now if you think only minorities are at risk, remember that in Bengal, 63% deleted during SIR are Hindus.

Your citizenship is at risk. During SIR, you might lose your right to live in India & might even be sent to a detention centre.

After coming down to 240 seats in 2024 Lok Sabha, BJP has become desperate. Modi-Shah have put Gyanesh Kumar at ECI to implement their agenda.

Therefore, do NOT think that “this can’t happen to me & my family”.

Do not underestimate the extent to which Modi-Shah will go to cling on to power.

Be AWARE and VERY CAREFUL.

चिंता स्वाभाविक है: Actual issues not to be mixed up with unreal. CAPF Officers not in competition with IPS Officers. IPS’s Promotional prospects are different. It’s different service ( each service is unique). Surprisingly Govt notified a bill to turn down the SC Judgement & fixed 50% IG posts for IPS rather than promoting Cader officers against those posts. This law has also thrown out the litigants out of their legitimate rights ( here Govt’s power is not questioned). It’s also incorrect to give impression that the bill is intended to make umbrella law to regulate the promotion etc of the CAPF officers. Unfortunately there is not a single clause in the bill which is aligned with the claims made. Cader officers fought for 15 years in search of justice. But now the bill has put the career of whole CAPF ranks at stake with cascading effects upto Group C posts. Interesting to know the compelling grounds of Govt to change the status of judgement? Will it not affect the morale? Does it happen in a society which has great Constitution as guiding principle of justice & equality? 62 services of Bharat Sarkar are OGAS including all CAPFs then why only these 5 CAPFs are put to disadvantage? What MHA gains to deny their own Forces fm OGAS status? MHA showed every documents including Constitutional provisions, IPS Service Rules, Centre- State relationship, coordination clause, DoPT rules in Delhi High Court in 44 months hearing. Govt went to the extent of appealing in Supreme Court & filed review petition against judgement and again 68 months long hearing didn’t change the status. सरकार सर्वशक्तिमान है, Bill पास कर के उच्चतम न्यायालय के निर्णय को पलटने का अधिकार भी रखती है लेकिन देश की क्रिटिकल सुरक्षा में तैनात लाखों कार्मिकों के मनोबल पर पड़ने वाले negative ��सर तथा उससे उत्पन्न आंतरिक भेदभाव के भाव को कैसे handle करेगी? हमारे पास भी ऐसी क्या दलील है जो CAPFs के सेवारत कर्मियों को satisfy करने के लिए पेश करें? यह प्रश्न तो स्वाभाविक है कि, “ हमारे साथ ऐसा क्यो किया? “ कारन कवन नाथ मोहि मारा? मैं बैरी सुग्रीवहीं प्यारा “- रामचरित मानस.

क्या आप नहीं जानते कि..

PM की सुरक्षा के लिए सब कुछ ब्लू बुक में लिखा है। हर काम उसके मुताबिक होता है।

कहीं भी आने जाने पर धरती से आसमान तक इतनी सुरक्षा होती है कि परिंदा भी पर नहीं मार सकता।

1) प्रधानमंत्री जैसे VVIP के लिए कम से कम एक घंटा पहले रूट लगता है।
(और तो और आजकल मुख्यमंत्रियों तक के लिए रूट लगने लगा है।)

2) VVIP के आवगमन से बहुत पहले हर तरह का ट्रैफिक डायवर्ट कर दिया जाता है।

3) कोई भी वाहन इस रोड पर आ ही नहीं सकता चाहे वो एंबुलेस ही क्यों न हो।

4) आज जो वीडियो वायरल हो रहा है उसमें दिख रहा है कि कथित एंबुलेंस VVIP के कारकेड के एन बगल से गुजर रही है।

5) पूरे रास्ते पर बैरियर, हर्डल लगे होंगे तो ये एंबुलेस PM के रूट पर आई कैसे?

6) कथित एंबुलेंस में मरीज़ के नाम पर कोई फिदायीन दस्ता होता तो? एंबुलेंस में विस्फोटक लगा होता तो?

7) किस प्वाइंट पर किसने जांच की कि एंबुलेंस में मरीज़ ही है...किसने उसे आगे जाने की इजाजत दी?

8) वास्तव में अगर कोई गंभीर मरीज था भी तो भी उसे VVIP के रूट की बजाय डाइवर्टेड रूट से आगे भेजा जाना चाहिए था।

9) जिस प्रधानमंत्री को दस किलोमीटर दूर बैठे किसानों से जान का खतरा था उसे दस फुट दूर से निकली एक अनजान, अज्ञात एंबुलेंस से कितना गंभीर खतरा हो सकता था..!

कायदे से तो यह प्रधानमंत्री की सुरक्षा में अति गंभीर चूक का मामला है।

इसके लिए जो भी जिम्मेदार हों उन्हें अब तक निलंबित हो जाना चाहिए था लेकिन आप हैं कि 'दया के सागर', करुणानिधान' माननीय प्रधानमंत्री के कसीदे काढ़ कर तालियां बजा रहे हैं।

क्षमा कीजिए आप होंगे ANI लेकिन पूरे देश को मत समझिए।

(ANI का भावार्थ जानने के लिए यू पी वाले जोगी जी की बाइट ढूंढ कर देख, सुन लीजिए।)

Point No. 1:

When someone has insulted you, you should at least have the sense to realize it’s an insult.

It’s basic sense for any human.

But you still thinks she has the upper hand—the reason being, she is a sangi.

Point No. 2:

If you are insulted, there is no need to elaborate on how you were insulted, because they already know it. If you elaborate on it, it becomes a further insult to yourself. Even if you want to say something about it, mention it indirectly with minimal details.

For example:

When there is no event, you should understand...that logically there is no chief guest. It's ruled out...
So don’t keep mentioning that you are the chief guest again and again .

If at all you have demanded any remuneration and want to claim it from the organizer, you may proceed with that for legal purposes.

If not (which is mostly the case and applies to genuine academic people do.. you won't IMO), don’t mention that you are the chief guest.

In both cases, the damage is only to you.

Point No. 3:

Your advice—that’s the worst part and the laughing stock of this post. Anyway, since you are not familiar with the first two points, you may not understand the third one even if I explain it.

So just leave it, Smita ji.

Next time, don’t accept such events, because you are already exposed, and people will call you only when they intend to cancel the event.

The Modi government introduced this bill after the Supreme Court opposed promotions in the CAPF. Leader of the Opposition @RahulGandhi ji recently met CRPF soldier Ajay Malik, who lost a leg in the fight against Naxalites. Ajay Malik led countless operations, received numerous medals and awards for his bravery, but hasn't received a promotion in 15 years. Rahul Gandhi also raised the issue that it is wrong to forcibly impose top leadership on paramilitary forces. Now the question is, why is the Modi government discriminating against the paramilitary forces? How is it justified to deny them promotions and salary increases for so long? Paramilitary soldiers fight for the country, lose their lives and limbs, yet yearn for promotions. The question is simple: Are paramilitary soldiers there only to fight, or will they also receive their rights? The nation's security depends on them, so why this discrimination against them, why the delay in delivering their rights? Shouldn't soldiers who risk their lives for the country be given respect and equality?
