@EurekaForbes Extremely disappointed. My service request CM-231225-63934069 was booked for 24 Dec (11 AM–1 PM), but no technician came, no call, no update.
This is lack of basic service responsibility.
Please explain & resolve imdtly. Customers deserve accountability
