@nickyweekdays @NFL It did stop for like 3 seconds, I watched the play run from 25 seconds and around 22 the game clock started, so refs already had it placed. Anyways that’s what the rule is, the clock doesn’t stop completely on out of bounds until 5 mins left on end of each halve
