I waited for almost an hour at the baggage claim thought it was lost , went to American Airlines office, it had been there all along

Also United Airlines supposedly switched my luggage which they did but never bothered to tell me they dropped it off at American Airlines

United airlines is a bad choice go with another airline I highly recommend it!!

Not to mention United Airlines not only bumped me to a whole different airline but only gave me ten minutes to get my connecting flight !!
