@TwitchSupport @djclancy999 I guess the impact is small if you’re rich. I stream in niche categories and there is always some dick bag view botting the number 1 spot, ruining the viewer experience, screwing all the legit streamers in the category and Twitch as a whole.

There is no reason to allow streamers to embed their stream on 3rd party sites and allow it to count to live on site views. The legitimate use case of Johnny Viewer watching a Twitch stream off site is so subterraneanly low that it’s not worth the fraud that allowing it enables.
