@MrControversy83@Srirachachau The Netflix One Piece comes close! As Mother's Basement put it, "Is One Piece a perfect adaptation? No. But is the best live action anime adaptation? Also no, that's still Speed Racer. But there is zero shame in coming a *close* second to Speed Racer."
@YOpapete2 @bluejob01@Gigglemax You understand what ADS is actually supposed to do, from a design standpoint, so don't beat yourself up too hard :P
The actual aiming down of [iron] sights is the least important part of ADS, yet the one certain critics obsess the most over.
@autumn30fps@sparr0 I've always thought that it was supposed to be a *smallcaps* E, e.g. 1.2ᴇ34, but that's not ASCII and thus was either impossible or just a pain to type in electronic spaces.
Imo, there isn't *any* non-terrible linear math notation.
@maikelsalazar@mholt6 I'm not sure what the security bugs are that Matt is referencing, but proxies can and often do rewrite, remove, or reorder URL parameters. By embedding the product ID as a "page" of the website, the parameter is no longer inconsistently considered "optional".
@Orcasandwich@hufflepuff_joh@suchnerve Which is functionally equivalent to expressing everything as a multiple of c, just implicitly instead of explicitly, letting you drop a bunch if constant terms all over the place.
@Orcasandwich@hufflepuff_joh@suchnerve And when it actually *does* matter, the exact unit system you use is fungible -- a lot of calculations set c=1 and woro backwards from there to keep things in sensible numeric ranges!
@Raccoonmanthin1@ufoloverboy@ClippedWings22 They're also *extremely* sensitive to any kind of sound, so the relatively limited amount of vocal sounds humans are physically capable of producing were probably very easy for Rocky to distinguish; Rocky is just better are memorizing them!
@Raccoonmanthin1@ufoloverboy@ClippedWings22 Rocky and all Eridians are also basically living calculators. It's extremely easy for them to do mental arithmetic (incl. numerical calculus most likely) and other "non-creative" processing tasks.
