@Emerald_Valor In the ToS, we explicitly provide full license to both the artist and commissioner to fully use, reproduce and create derivative works, so no, that wouldn't be possible because permission was clearly granted in the ToS. That would be a very strange thing to want to do anyway.

@Wyrd_Oh @TojoTheThief Yeah, that's not unintentional! We are very small and were lucky enough to get a partnership deal with them in exchange for promoting them. We don't really have any sizable social media to speak of of our own. Maybe we will in the future.

That clause is there solely as a defense against unjust DMCA claims to protect both the artist and commissioner. By retaining copyright, we can legally dictate that both parties have equal rights to the piece.

@TojoTheThief Hopefully, it will never be required. It's just simple prophylaxis to mitigate a potential large headache later if an artist and commissioner get upset with one another. We can make sure that neither party has to miss out in that case.
