What is going on with @amazon they are diving into FedEx territory. Recently, they've been batting .500 on deliveries. About half my orders have been late because its "delayed in transit". I get one or two, but if you are advertising a certain delivery, thats what I'm expecting.
Why did I think that I could count on @FedExHelp to deliver when they say . Got a call that it will be tomorrow. Made plans to be here today, now I have a wasted day because they don't care about customer or their time.

@FedEx@FedExHelp I'm just curious, how do you miss three of your own windows in 24 hours? LOL. Not to mention missing pretty much every window you set for the past four years. At this point, it's just sad. FedEx use to be the standard, now its a punchline.

I don't understand. Not mad, just amused. What's the point of putting an estimated time if you can never keep it? @fedex has failed to meet their "estimated times" consistently. Its like they are blowing smoke and don't care. FedEx is a joke. @ups &@usps does it better. #epicfail

@FedEx does it 2 days in a row. They tell me it will be here by 10:40 9/3, then change it to 10:40 by 9/4. Signature required so make arrangements to be here. 10:40 today the website might as well said "jk, we'll be there before 8pm. BTW we don't care about you, wait for us" #wtf

@microcenter Negative. The last email I received was on January 2nd. Just checked everything. Replied to the one asking for information, although I received a second email telling me to disregard it. However, this chain has been way too long and time-consuming with no resolution.
@dominos what's happened to you? Your thin crust use to be crisp and crunchy, now its limp like wet cardboard. So disappointing. It's not a one off either; tried it a few times, same result everytime. No crisp, no crunch. #epicfail
