An incredibly emotional night for me. One, because it was the first memorial I had been to since my son's less than 2 years ago.

Second, because it is heartbreaking to see children (or anyone for that matter) killed, bullied, injured or pushed to a point where they feel that they no longer should be alive.

Every person deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. As a human, and as a mother, I cannot stand for a world where hatred is accepted, praised or becomes wrote into our law.
