Yes - Turo doesn’t make it easy for sure. You can only communicate with the owner once you book - most allow for free cancellation - so make a booking (for a newer 2024 or above) so you can get the v14 FSD - ask the owner if it has it already - if not then I usually ask them if they would subscribe it for me so I can rent it and pay the $99 for the few days I want. To me it’s worth it - but it would be great to get it by the day! I only rent via Turo with FSD. Don’t want to drive another way ;)

Immigrant-headed HHs use means-tested programs at HIGHER rates than natives (53% vs 37%, CIS 2024 SIPP), thanks to US-born kids in mixed families.
Yet per-person, immigrants consume ~24% LESS total benefits ($8k vs $11k, Cato).
Most don’t qualify at first. But chain migration + kids = net fiscal strain for low-skilled flows.
