@bhaydon5@boopmynose That is correct Brent. We had heard of the saying for many years however but no the company. Although we have been in the pet industry for 16+ years and exhibit at all the main trade shows, we had not come across the company.

@BobbyGBklyn@boopmynose It's not our name, it's purely a play on words to a Rosรฉ toy which has been called 'Boop my nose Rosรฉ'. As mentioned we didn't know of the company, purely have only known of the saying... for a long time.
@boopmynose As mentioned we were unaware of your company. We have a product which has been produced, playing on the common saying 'Boop my nose' not knowing you had trademarked the saying. If we can't sell it then we will abide by it.
