We are very happy to report that a donation to the Estaire Volunteer Fire Service of auto extrication equipment (from @BurlingtonFire) plus station wear was delivered this week by one of our volunteers, Ken Cox, who has been a long-standing supporter of our organization.

Alberta reported two extreme and out of control wildfires and recorded 43 active fires.

While FWB mostly relies on equipment donations for our projects, the need is so great that we would like to purchase equipment to create kits that can be shipped to communities in need.

We are so very grateful for the amazing donation of vehicle extrication equipment by @BurlingtonFire! The communities we serve frequently lack the capacity for vehicle extrication and this donation will help us to address this gap.
