The market can behave irrationally at times, and that irrational behavior can continue for a while. The duration, however, is unpredictable. That’s why I’m against value investing. The $46 level is a very strong support. Institutions are trying to position themselves around that area. The price bounced to its first averages and got sold off again. That’s very natural. What matters for a reversal is the ability to move above the averages. According to my investment logic, that’s when buying should occur. You never know how long you’ll stay underwater you could drown. If it loses the $52 support, it will drop back to $46. That’s where the real decision will be made; we’ll see then whether it can hold that level. This area will take time. But let me emphasize again, this is a historically significant opportunity zone for the future
