Question for anyone building game economies:
What's the one number you wish every studio published by default? Prize split? House take? Payout latency? Drop odds?
We publish what we can. Tell us what we're still hiding and we'll add it.
On the 2026 roadmap: Fyre Chain. Rails for gamified P2E where prize pools, drop odds and payouts settle on-chain instead of on trust.
We're not announcing a token. We're saying we'll build it in the open. You'll see it unfinished before you see it polished.

Already over 9,000 OMEN sitting in the prize pool right now. It's the first day!
Entry is free. No buy-in, no mint, nothing to hold first.
You just have to hit your best run each day 🎯
Most web3 games are a token with a game attached. We're building them in the other order.
The test we use: if the chain vanished tomorrow, would OMEN: Last Bastion still be worth playing?
If the answer is no, you didn't build a game. You built a faucet with sprites.
Design rule we're holding ourselves to: anything you can buy, you can also earn.
Paying gets you there faster. It doesn't get you somewhere closed off to everyone else.
The moment those two diverge, the game stops being the product and the wallet starts being it.
We're designing a pack system for OMEN: Last Bastion. The odds table is written and public before a single pack exists to buy.
That ordering is the point. A loot box with hidden odds is a slot machine with better art, and you can't retrofit honesty onto one after launch.
The part of that bug that stings:
Players had been reporting a "score cap" for weeks. We read it as a balance complaint and filed it.
They were describing the shape of a defect more accurately than our own logs were. Bug reports are data, not feedback.
Shipped a fix today we'd rather not have needed.
A one-line ordering bug in OMEN: Last Bastion was clearing the run record one step before the scorer read it. Every ranked run came out roughly a third low.
The "score ceiling" players kept hitting wasn't a ceiling. It was us.
Staff wallets are ineligible for ladder and tournament prizes.
Not "we promise not to enter." Excluded inside the settlement function itself, from a table, with the reason written next to the address.
A studio should make money because the game is good.
House rule: if we can't verify a claim, we don't make it.
"Provably fair" should mean you can take the published seed, re-run the draw yourself, and land on the same winner. If we can't hand you the seed, we don't get to use the phrase.
FyreCore builds games with economies you can audit.
Not "transparent" as a landing-page word. Transparent as in: the prize split is published, read from the same config that actually pays people out, and CI fails the build if those two ever drift apart.
First title is live.
