@Savaoraidh_ This sounds like rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD) where someone finds positive comments impossible to accept, neutral comments as negative and comments can often feel physically painful. It often goes alongside ADHD.

@DrNighatArif Had a coil fitted 6 weeks after having my 2nd child on recommendation from the HV. No pain relief. It was worse than giving birth, for 2 days. I was unable to look after my children. At the check up they had the cheek to ask if I was sure I wanted it removed!
