@sainsburys Since this is getting me nowhere I spoke to the store manager and they agreed it should not be closing early. What difference does 5m make to the store? It makes a big difference to customers making emergency last minute purchases. Make it policy to close at the advertised time.

@sainsburys Not good enough. I want accountability. I want an answer. What you describe is a graveyard where complaints go to die. Zero accountability. If you advertise a time for closing you should shut at that time, not 5 minutes before! I want this to change and if not I want to know why!

@sainsburys I think that, if you are refusing entry at 4:55, the closing times should be changed to 4:55, otherwise it is an inaccurate representation of reality. Likewise, if it is advertised as open until 5pm, people should be allowed entry until 5pm.

@sainsburys So why would they not let me in at 4:55? They agreed it was before closing but couldn’t let anyone in as it was store policy. I have been coming to this store for 26 years and this has never happened before but has now happened twice in a week.
