Just finished a Foods tour of Portugal. Two important things about @AmericanExpress#gold. Only accepted at about 20% of places. Any restaurants within a hotel does not qualify for 4x points (#wtf). Wish they would have one card with all travel and restaurant perks (and worked)
@blueland - Love the idea of your product however when you ship low quality spray bottles it makes me want to go out and buy some thing else defeating the reason for your product
@SnowbasinResort - can you explain why you no longer offer ski passes for 75+ year old skiers. My father-in-law still loves to ski and has been coming to snow basin ever year for the past 20 years. Why have you taken this ageist stance?

@RitzCarlton - staying at #theritzcairo and what should be a dream is a nightmare. With a 4am wake-up unable to sleep due to insanely loud wedding music on both sides of the hotel. Truly miserable. Can’t believe I’m paying to be this sleep deprived.
@cliffreid Talk to them, ask them questions about their life. If you are lucky they will have an amazing life story. I remember I had a 100yo who was as in WW2 traveled the world and was married for 65 years. He had some fantastic stories.

Booked a flight with @Delta on 4/16 for tomorrow - just logged in and it says I'm on standby. WTF. Now I have been on hold for 2 hours to try and figure this out. I expect better @Delta#delta
