@praeteritia@BennettBuhner@franktheglock No, it's just that the samsung lowers its charging speed significantly after heating a bit, or when charging past something like 20%. It's not that the os consumes so much battery. It's just that samsung slows down, charging when they could've actually charged at 45w all the time
@bxqlash@JamesSm89474610 @SecularTheist @njsnyde @Tranquil_Walker @InternetH0F No, his logic is that you multiplication and division have the same priority, so you should go from left to right.
@JoeBrower87@xlegion_xx@sondesix@Mohamma11824513@iHateApplee They, in fact, compete against each other, even tho samsung clearly dominates in the midrange section of the market, that does not mean samsung and apple don't compete in the flagship market.
@Otamaleh @AffTaUsado@bluntdeep@WorkaholicDavid Maybe the average consumer doesn't know what refresh rate is because the average consumer is not educated enough in this direction. It's not like the difference is not there because it clearly is.
@AHD1249@AffTaUsado@bluntdeep@WorkaholicDavid Yeah, but she already had a better phone on paper, like what was the point in downgrading. And like another user said, android is more worth your dime in general, especially if you are on a budget, you would be way better choosing an android phone.
@Cr4zyJ0n@TaklaPiro@bluntdeep@AffTaUsado@WorkaholicDavid Not really, I doubt no one will notice the difference. Like yeah, when you are used to 60Hz, it seems okay, but when you try 120Hz, the difference is obvious, like really obvious, at least for me and my friends.
@bluntdeep@TaklaPiro@AffTaUsado@WorkaholicDavid This argument is not even really valid. Like wdym, 60Hz is not "vintage stuff" it's just outdated. And just because people lived with 60Hz, doesn't mean that it isn't worse than 120Hz. Like people lived with black & white and even CRTs (which btw, some had 120Hz).
@GatorzVR @designbypepo@Hyderite @totelliam Well, Unity support on Linux is *atrocious*. I tried using an lts 2020 unity version and it just borks. Although using 2021 and up seems to work just fine (so that is good).
@Leo_Rehberg@Ahmeed2m@WorkaholicDavid (Non apple user here). While it would've been really cool to have MacOS on that tablet, I think some UI elements are just too small for touch, second, as another user has pointed out, people would just buy IPads instead of Apple laptops.
