@AndrewShirey Have seen and read the witcher and shadow and bone.these follow the source books more preciseky than WoT.WoT follows the book storyline rather freely,which is partly why I didn't enjoy the series that much..the books are just perfect,I don't understand why don't THEYstick to them

@DahkurArt Yes...my most favourite episodes are 4 and 5,because they show a lot about aes sedai-warder relationship...for me these 2 are the best of all the season,though nothing in the storyline is actually based on the books,as Kerene died in the prequel story "new spring"...

@Xevitarus @TheWheelOfTime I kinda liked both too..but do not like some of the specific story changes in the show..sometimes it just felt as if the creators didn't read or understand the source..though the casting was pretty good,must say..some of the characters don't fit the book description,but that's ok

@Xevitarus @TheWheelOfTime Do not advice them to read the books,if they liked the show...it only follows the books very freely...and after reading they probably will not like either the books or the show...

@DahkurArt I work as a teacher and that is,I would say,a rather time consuming job..if I want to spend some qualiti time with my husband and with my dog,I just had to put some of my hobies aside..paintng being one of them, haven't done anything since 2015,probably..

@DahkurArt I also get up at 5.30,simply to be at work on time..usually end around 2,but don't get back home before 4,mostly..take a dog for a walk,prepare dinner and food for next day,correct some tests or make preparations for work..and voila,time to go sleeping again..

@DahkurArt @apple_ki I didn't say I wanted a re-cast..I just say that probably except Moiraine, Rand and Mat,the show characters do not match the book descriptions..that is all..and I have to say,that I do not like this policy of being diverse at any cost..this show and Brigetons being an example..

@DahkurArt @apple_ki Egwene (Indian I would say,or middle-east) and Nynaeve (Maori)...
Pretty diverse where it shouldn't be..and then there is Lan and of course Siuan, who both look nothing like they are described in the books..
I don't really mind all the changes,mostly the actors fit..but Egwene..

@DahkurArt @apple_ki Don't know whether is it right or not though...putting diversity where it doesn't belong...I think the WoT woprd in the books is diverse enough..but at the Two Rivers the only one looking different should be Rand...in the show you've got Mat (white),Perrin (african-american),

@DahkurArt @apple_ki That is just right..and very opposite to what Daniel looks like..but he fits perfectly anyway..though maybe Henry Cavill would fit the description better.
But I guess,when you look at the cast,they tried to make the show as diverse as possible...similar to the Brigerton issue..

@alkikodibear @DahkurArt @ArrylT Agree...I was pretty sad...and still am angry...like they didn't even explain why is there a re-casting in a first place...the original actor was just perfect fit..though they could change Egwene, Maddie just doesn't fit right for me...

@DahkurArt I started to read them when I was about 12 or 13..I was borrowing the books from local library..then,when I was about by book 7 it wasn't there..it was still borrowed..so I kind of started reading another seried and forgot about WoT a little..it feels good to have it back..

@DahkurArt I must say I haven't finished the books yet...I read them a very long time ago,some 15 years ago...and I have just finished reading the prequel which is only abou Lan and Moiraine..would like to see some of the scenes on screen...as flashbacks...
