The achievement diaries should be doable by an average player, not locking it behind the impossible PvM. Just because I didn't have the quest cape before July 26th 2023, I'm now never going to get it, because I'm a skiller, not a PvMer. Fuck requiring prayer flicking and P2W gear

@Jagex Achievement diaries should have a static difficulty. The lumbridge diary becomes harder over time due to new quests, punishing new players. DT2 specifically requires absurd PvM skill and the most expensive gear, unfairly blocking it from skillers that want explorer ring 4.
