• 21 of 33: constat de non supernaturalitate(not supernatural)
• 9: constat de supernaturalitate (supernatural origin).
• 3: non constat (the supernatural character has not been established).

That’s nearly two-thirds against. The vote followed the Ruini Commission. Francis still authorised pilgrimages and the 2024 nihil obstat or the spiritual experience.
