Lift is the lifeline of a high rise tower but due to the complacency of @OtisElevatorCo the lifts in Tower 18 of Mahagun Mywoods in Gr. Noida West,Uttar Pradesh have recurring problems with no permanent fix in sight.@Otis_CEO can you please intervene and get this rectified.
