Happy Pride Month to each and every Californian.
This month, we celebrate the right to love who you love and the freedom to be exactly who you are.
But as many Californians intimately know, Pride is not confined to a single month; it is lived every day.
The rights of LGBTQ+ people were not handed down by a political or social establishment, nor are they sustained by rainbow corporate logos.
For decades, Californians have fought and died for liberation. That fight continues, and as Governor I will never stop fighting for you.
Happy Pride to all.
We can reduce rents, fund education, and guarantee single-payer healthcare for all Californians.
To do so, we need to raise taxes on corporations and billionaires.
I'm the only candidate with a plan to get it done.
Dude got a windfall from. Chevron and I’m supposed to believe he’s going to come forward with a newer, better plan? Yeah nah this shit code for “You’re never getting that high speed rail”
If this was a blind ballot and you only saw a campaign's backers, which side would you pick?
But this isn't a hypothetical.
On the left are Xavier Becerra's backers.
Tom Steyer's endorsements on the right.
.@TomSteyer’s full closing statement:
“This election is very clear. I’m a billionaire who’s fighting for working people every single day. I’m the billionaire who’s willing to tax the other billionaires and himself, who’s willing to take on the corporate special interests, who’s dedicating himself to driving down costs for working people across this state.
Follow the money. They are spending tens of millions of dollars against me to try and stop me because they know that I’m the threat to their prosperity. And they’re not spending a penny against anyone else on this stage.
They’re backing everyone else on this stage. Xavier is taking money from oil companies and from people who are desperate not to have single payer.
I’m running to bring change and make people’s lives better. Healthcare are a right, great public schools, homes you can afford to buy. I’m asking you for your vote because I need you on June 2nd and every day after that.”
The entire right-wing is going to go absolutely ape shit over the assassination of Charlie Kirk. But just remember how none of them gave a shit about a Democratic lawmaker in Minnesota being assassinated just a couple months ago. Trump basically ignored it.
“I think it's worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights. That is a prudent deal. It is rational.” -Charlie Kirk

I hope this pathetic excuse of a human burns in a hell that is hotter than the inferno that burned mine and thousands of other families houses to the ground. Preferably sooner rather than later.
This is what the incoming president is doing. Taking some misguided victory lap as LA burns. Has he uttered a single well wish for the millions of people in this city or is that only reserved for those who display sufficient fealty?
