My good citizens of Solomon Islands. I trust that many of you have been following the recent news regarding how the situation on closing the chapter of my reign as Miss Solomon Islands 2019/2020 was handled.

A secret cabinet document has been leaked on social media by an insider. Cabinet is "secretly" passing the extension of the 11th parliament from 4 to 5 years.
This does not go down well with citizens. No "wider consultation" has been made as promised by the PM.
