Just 1 Man... .@AmitShah foiled this conspiracy with skillful handling of situation. Tested their patience. Let them get exposed. Let their Political Masters get exposed on their own. Brought their true face in front of Nation. Broke them from inside by picking up Sonam Wangchuk at 'right' time. Getting his wilful signatures on hospital papers. And then....used brutal force to control Ri0ters BUT without letting a single death happen.

You can imagine the careful operation & high level precautions that must have been taken as there were intelligence reports that there were chances of Cockroach Handlers themselves could open fire from somewhere to get some cockroaches ki££ed & then 'use' the 'opportunity' to escalate things.

EVERY SUCH EFFORT WAS FOILED TODAY WITHOUT FIRING A SINGLE BULLET BY SECURITY FORCES AND BY NOT ALLOWING 'SOMEONE' TO DO IT IN NAME OF POLICE FORECES.

This deserves a standing ovation.

He's Tukaram Mundhe, a 2005-batch IAS from Maharashtra.

Over the last few weeks, you might have heard his name. That is because he was recently appointed Commissioner of State’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Since taking charge, the FDA has been on an absolute warpath, raiding illegal, fake, synthetic, and adulterated products. From synthetic milk networks and adulterated paneer to illegal gutkha and unhygienic eateries, nothing has escaped his radar.

Mundhe has made it clear that even the most famous names will not get a free pass. His department shocked Mumbai by suspending the food licenses of iconic establishments, such as the 73-year-old Marine Drive ice cream parlor K. Rustom & Co., alongside famous eateries like Shalimar Hospitality, Noor Mohammadi Hotel, and Rahmaniya Restaurant, after surprise inspections uncovered severe hygiene violations, including live pests and expired ingredients.

Such is the fear of his crackdowns that, just two days ago, dairy farmers were caught on video spilling hundreds of liters of synthetic milk after rumors of an impending FDA raid spread.

This is his 25th transfer in a 21-year career, a testament to his refusal to bend to political pressure. It makes you wonder: if just one IAS officer can bring about so much change, where would our country be if every bureaucrat were as uncompromising and proactive as him?

खरं नातं हे कॉन्ट्रॅक्टमुळे तयार होत नाही, तर वर्षानुवर्षांच्या विश्वासामुळे तयार होतं!

२०१९ मध्ये Plantix सोबत पहिल्यांदा काम सुरू केलं. तेव्हा कुणालाच कल्पना नव्हती की एका मोबाईल ॲपच्या मार्केटिंगपासून सुरू झालेला हा प्रवास एक दिवस त्यांच्या को-फाउंडरना माझ्या शेतापर्यंत घेऊन येईल.

मध्यंतरी कामानिमित्त 2-3 वेळा भारतातल्या इंदोरमधल्या त्यांच्या ऑफिसमध्ये जाणं झालं. चर्चा झाल्या, मीटिंग्स झाल्या. पण मनात नेहमी एक इच्छा होती, "एकदा त्यांनीही माझं शेत पाहावं. इथली माती, इथले प्रयोग आणि शेतकऱ्यांचं खरं जग अनुभवावं."

आणि तो क्षण अचानक आला.

तर सहजच मी दुपारी ट्रॅक्टरवर स्प्रे करत होतो. इतक्यात आकाशचा फोन आला, "रॉब आपल्या भागात आहेत." आधी विश्वासच बसला नाही. मग लगेच फोन, मेसेज केले आणि संध्याकाळी ते खरंच माझ्या गावात आले. मग पुढचे दोन तास आम्ही फक्त शेतात फिरलो.
त्यांना क्रिमसन व्हरायटीची द्राक्षबाग दाखवली. आलं, ऊस, मिरची, टोमॅटो दाखवले. सॉईल सेन्सरपासून ड्रिप इरिगेशनपर्यंत मी काय-काय करतोय, त्यात कोणत्या अडचणी येतात, कोणते डिसिजन्स घ्यावे लागतात या सगळ्यावर मनमोकळी चर्चा केली.

रॉब फक्त शेत बघत नव्हते तर ते प्रत्येक गोष्ट समजून घेत होते. प्रश्न विचारत होते. निरीक्षण करत होते. आणि तेव्हा मला पुन्हा जाणवलं, मोठ्या कंपन्या फक्त चांगलं प्रॉडक्ट बनवून मोठ्या होत नाहीत; तर त्या जमिनीशी जोडलेल्या असल्यामुळे मोठ्या होतात.

मग शेवटी घरी आलो. गरमागरम भजी, चहा, आंबे, चिंचा यावर ताव मारत गप्पा सुरूच ठेवल्या. त्यांनी आमचं बेस लोकेशनही पाहिलं. इथूनच इंडियन फार्मरचे कोर्सेस तयार करतो, व्हिडिओ शूट करतो, शेतकऱ्यांपर्यंत नॉलेज पोहोचवतो हे पाहून त्यांनाही आनंद झाला.

दुपारी ट्रॅक्टरवर बसलेला मी आणि संध्याकाळी इंटरनॅटशनल कंपनीच्या को-फाउंडरसोबत माझ्या शेतात फिरणारा मी, या दोन क्षणांमध्ये फक्त एकच गोष्ट कॉमन होती आणि ती म्हणजे शेतीवरचा विश्वास.

मला वाटतं, आयुष्यात काही भेटी आपण ठरवत नाही. तर ते आपलं काम आणि त्याच्याशी असलेला प्रामाणिकपणा ठरवतं. आणि तेच सांगून जातं की योग्य काम करत राहिलं तर योग्य माणसं एक दिवस तुमच्यापर्यंत स्वतःहून येतात.
