FSD still on v14.4.4 with the usual stability notes.

On a positive note, I’ve been noticing v14.4.4 feeling smoother lately — less hesitancy and phantom braking.

@elonmusk @kylaschwaberow Yup. In this case, the driver manually overrode self-driving by pressing the accelerator all the way to 100% of the accel pedal in this residential area. They reached a speed of 73 mph during the crash, and had the accelerator pressed even after the crash.

Bonus tip: This same “End by” method works perfectly for one-time road trip charges too.
Just set your planned departure time as the “End by” and it’ll finish charging right when you need it instead of sitting at 100% all night.
Saved me on the recent beach trip! ⚡

Pro tip for maximizing cheap charging on any utility’s off-peak rates ⚡

I was doing it wrong at first — setting both “Start at [time]” + “End by [time]” made the car finish charging almost immediately.

✅ Correct way: Only enable “End Charging by [your time]” (with your utility rate selected).

Now it smartly charges to your target % right before the window ends. Less battery stress + maximum savings.
Works great for daily schedules and one-time road trip top-ups.
