After a scam you really think I would pick up calls from such numbers? And now they say Kotak customer service mai fir file kariye, customer service mai he toh complaint file ki Rashmi madam maine ab FIR file karu aapki bank pe aapki he bank mai jaake? Police station is nearby.

Wow Social media ka power toh hai

It has been 2 days since the scam happened with me but today is when they decide to take fast action because of a tweet I made.

Kotak team doesn’t even have proper numbers.

This was not at all possible as since opening my Kotak Account in November 2024, I haven’t once used my debit card or taken it outside of my house. The funny thing is the Bank informed me when the last fraud transaction of 500 was being made not at the first 4999 transaction.

Without a duplicate debit card how is it possible that my debit card which had been never taken out of the house had been swiped????

First I get a call from Kotak notifying me that there are some transactions made from your debit card and we block my debit card along with suspending my account. My debit card had been swiped the bank asst manager at Parel Branch said.
