We as Christians are specifically instructed to put our faith in teachings that bear fruit: in teachings that have produced evidence of their usefulness.

A material Kingdom of Heaven you will not see in your lifetime becomes an immaterial Kingdom of Heaven you will see in a quasi-pagan afterlife.

You make the distinction to discuss people who believe in the accurate model, the real God, and people who believe in the false model, the false God

Marrying a repentant whore is explicitly compared to Gods covenant with a repentant people.
