이제 팬덤도 새로운 era로 가고 있는 것 같음.

이제는 팬베이스들의 희생만을 기대하는 방식으로는 팬덤이 지속되기 어렵고, 소속사도 팬들도 변화한 팬덤 구조에 맞춰서 적응을 하든지, 아니면 운영 방식을 재정비하든지 대책을 세워야 할 시점인 것 같음.
그리고 아홉의 팬베이스가 자꾸 문 닫는 상황에 대해서 소속사는 심각하게 생각해봐야 함.
아홉이 RUSSIA 공연까지 하게 되면 이런 상황은 가속화될 듯.

✅각종 프로젝트, 투표, 모금, 스트리밍 등의 과도한 업무
✅팬베이스들의 노력과 기여에 대한 인정과 감사 부족
✅소속사와 팬베이스 간 소통 문제
✅중요한 사안에 대한 늦은 공지, 비공지 혹은 잘못된 공지
✅장기간의 육체적, 정신적 피로감과 운영진들의 번아웃

➡️"계속 우리가 해야 하나?"라는 회의감 누적
➡️아티스트를 좋아하는 마음만으로 감당하기 어려운 수준까지 책임이 커짐
➡️결국 팬베이스 운영을 계속할 동기 자체가 사라짐

원래 직접 일을 하는 건 어렵고, 밖에서 비판하고 비난하는 건 쉽긴 함.

그런데 들이는 시간과 노력에 비해 돌아오는 보상이 거의 없다면, 좋아서 시작한 일이라도 계속 운영하기는 쉽지 않음.

팬베이스를 운영할 운영진들이 자꾸 줄어든다면 비슷한 팬베이스들을 통합해서 운영하는 방법이 있는데, 팬베이스들 각자 추구미가 있는데다가 나서서 통합을 진행할 사람이 있을지가 문제임.

We’ve seen the comments and been contacted about wanting protest trucks for this issue. As much as we would want to go ahead with it, the trucks would need thousands of € in funds and someone in Korea coordinate with the local authorities.

The scale and cost of this is completely out of our budget and we would need serious backing and financial support from other fanbases and a trusted dedicated fan in Korea to coordinate.

All of our previous fan projects have been organised in a way to give back to FOHA and have been funded out of admins own pocket, through collaboration with other fanbases or with some donations from a few kind FOHA.

We have never opened a general donation fund because we know Europe is in a cost of living crisis and feel uncomfortable asking fans to donate their money. We knew that if there were Europe fans who wanted to donate for voting, there are more than enough dedicated fanbases who already had a system in place who could support that.

We wish we could go ahead with a physical protest in this way, but we don’t have the resources.

We encourage you instead to research and donate to charities that are helping civilians in Ukraine.
