#کامران_شیخه ، متولد ۱۳۶۳ از مهاباد، همراه با شش نفر دیگر به اتهام قتل امام جمعه مسجد خلفای راشدین در سال ۱۳۸۸ بازداشت شد. این افراد در اسفند ۱۳۹۴ به اعدام محکوم شدند، اما حکم توسط دیوان عالی نقض و پرونده مجدد بررسی شد. در خرداد ۱۳۹۷، آن‌ها بار دیگر به اعدام محکوم شدند.

On Thursday my brother and I had our second meeting with @USEnvoyIran . After 3 years of ghosting us, silencing us, and abandoning our father, a kidnapped dual US & German national, helplessly in the hands of hostage takers we are relieved that there is now communication before it is too late.

Jimmy is, amongst many dissidents, US, & EU politicians, a victim of transnational repression, surviving an assassination attempt in 2009 on US soil and being kidnapped in 2020 from a gulf country, transferred to Iran, kept in a secret solitary cell, tortured systematically for over 3 years, deprived from medical support, and subject of a sham trial before he was condemned to death by hanging.

After 1324 days in hell our dad is suffering from stabbing chest pain, he can barely breath, talk or walk on his swollen feet. As a critical care nurse I understand that these are signs of impending heart failure.

The Iran envoy is right: Jimmy should have never been detained! He also should have never been kidnapped, tortured, stripped of all his rights, threatened with state ordered execution. If our governments would have reacted responsibly 3.5 years ago when Jimmy and other dissidents were kidnapped to Iran, we would not find ourselves today in this torment where on Monday Jimmy and the US were sentenced in a regime court with fabricated charges while a price tag is placed on the head of our dear father. This is the result of continued cherry picking of hostages and engaging in hostage diplomacy, as well as, abandoning critics of the regime, which should always be made a priority. Our family remains hopeful that America, our home, and Germany, the nation we grew up in after escaping the regime in Iran, will do the right things to bring our Jimmy home. He and others were left behind while the US and EU countries have engaged in negotiations of at least 14 hostages in the last year, who were released. None of which were kidnapped, had a death sentence, or were critics of the regime. This wrong needs to be corrected. If our home countries cannot do their duty of protecting us from terrorism and repression, who will?

روز جمعه دوم فوریه ۲۰۲۴ در شهر برلین یک کنفرانس مطبوعاتی از طرف کمپین " اتحاد برای پایان بخشیدن به اعدامها " برگزار شد.

سخنرانان این کنفرانس زویا سپهری، بیان عظیمی، ماریا محمودی، کوثر افتخاری، شعله پاکروان، زهرا صدیقی همدانی، مینا احدی و دانیال ایلخانی پور بودند. هدف اصلی این کنفرانس رساندن صدای دادخواهان به گوش مردم و نهادهای بین المللی بود.

پیام اصلی کنفرانس خطاب به دولت آلمان و سیاستمداران بود که در مقابل اعدامها سکوت نک��ید و به سیاست مماشات با حکومت اسلامی نقطه پایان بگذارید.

با توجە بە حملات موشکی مستقیم و‌ پر دامنه‌ی سپاه پاسداران به اربیل در کردستان عراق، به بهانه‌ی مقابله با گروه‌های به گفته‌ی‌ آنها ضد ایرانی، پایگاه‌های امریکایی و مقرهای منتسب به موساد و سوابق جمهوری اسلامی در حملات موشکی و اعدام همزمان زندانیان سیاسی، خطر اعدام زندانیان سیاسی کورد به شدت افزایش یافته است.

رژیم جمهوری اسلامی هرگاه در سوریه و منطقه مورد حمله قرار گرفته، معمولا تلفات خود را با حمله به اقلیم کردستان و قربانی کردن جان انسان‌های مدنی، زندانیان سیاسی و گروگان‌های حکومتی، توجیه و سعی در فرافکنی داشته است. با توجه به این اتفاقات و افزایش احتمالی خطر اجرای این احکام، ضمن ابراز نگرانی و درخواست از مردم برای افزایش فشارهای متقابل، پیشاپیش نسبت به تبعات این جنایت هشدار می‌دهیم.
مردم آزادیخواە، جامعە و جوانان انقلابی کوردستان همانگونه که در جریان انقلاب زن، زندگی، آزادی هم نشان دادند، این بار نیز بی‌تفاوت نخواهند ماند.
