As someone who grew up in the Muslim world, I’ve seen this pattern repeat itself:

When Muslims are weak and in the minority, they speak endlessly about tolerance, coexistence, and peace.

When they become strong and gain power, that tolerance completely disappears, even toward their own people.

This isn’t an opinion. This is historical fact, proven across centuries and across many countries.

The West needs to understand this pattern before it’s too late.

Tolerance in Islam is not a principle. It’s a strategy.

A prominent Texas-based imam named Omar Suleiman, president of the Yaqeen Institute, posted a message openly celebrating Senator Lindsey Graham's death shortly after it was announced on July 11, 2026.

He wrote: "In other news, Lindsey Graham is de*d. Bye Lindsey. May you live an eternity in ruins for the ruins you helped create in Gaza. Ameen."

This public rejoicing in the passing of an American elected official comes from a figure repeatedly described by critics as one of the most prominent radical Islamist voices operating inside the United States.

Suleiman has advocated for the release of individuals convicted in terrorism-related cases, including Al-Qaeda operative Aafia Siddiqui and figures tied to the Holy Land Foundation.

He has also openly called for a third intifada in past statements and maintains close ties with networks connected to the Muslim Brotherhood and other extremist organizations.

While based comfortably in Texas, he has traveled abroad to work with figures from those networks who are barred from entering the United States, including training efforts aimed at Muslim youth.

His now-deported associate Marwan Marouf was described by Suleiman as a close friend, and Suleiman has defended him publicly against immigration enforcement actions.

Even more concerning is the continued platforming of Suleiman by Democrats and elements of the so-called Red-Green alliance.

He was invited to deliver the opening prayer in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2019, with footage showing him at the podium in Congress in traditional attire before the American flag.

They treat this voice pushing radical ideologies that seek to transform the West as a respected religious leader, even as he celebrates the passing of American officials who supported strong national security policies.

This is the enemy within that continues to operate freely with little to no government pushback.

St. Bonaventure University is a Catholic Franciscan school founded in 1858 that proudly claims values of compassion, human dignity, and “no knowledge without love.”

Yet it's Professor of Political Science Ibrahim Zabad @Ibrahim_Zabad, who appears to be Muslim, who posted this vile, gloating rant just hours after Sen. Lindsey Graham’s death was announced.

He called the deceased a “bloodthirsty bigot” who “personified belligerence and evil” and ended with “Rest in Hell.”

This isn’t scholarship. It’s sick hatred and dancing on a grave.

He went even further and reposted a post that openly says:

“Death to Lindsey Graham. The occupation has lost a voice that incites the killing of us, the killing of our children, and the occupation of our lands.”

Why does a Christian university in the Franciscan tradition - which preaches compassion and dignity for all - employ and retain someone who spews this kind of dehumanizing bile and reposts calls for the death of a pro-Israel Christian leader the moment he dies?

Academic freedom is one thing. Celebrating death and reposting “Death to Lindsey Graham” is another.

SBU owes its students, alumni, and donors an explanation. This is disgraceful.

Elon Musk was asked by a room full of Stanford students what single trait separates people who change the world from people who don't. Everyone expected him to say intelligence. Or work ethic. Or vision.

He said pain tolerance.

Schumer once pushed ID checks to stop fraud but now calls voter ID Jim Crow 2.0!

Back in March 1996 on the House floor Schumer supported an anti-fraud amendment during debate over immigration and welfare reform legislation.

He said, "Let's admit the truth. Everywhere people go, they're asked for a Social Security card. In fact, one way to prove you're a bona fide person who can have a job is to ask for a driver's license and a Social Security card. This is an anti-fraud amendment."

He added that the main answer given to constituents asking why illegal immigrants could still get jobs and benefits was fraud enabled by weak verification.

Today the same senator leads opposition to the SAVE Act, which would require photo ID to vote in federal elections and proof of citizenship to register.

He has labeled it "Jim Crow 2.0" and claimed it would disenfranchise millions.

Yet Pew and Gallup polls show 80 to 84 percent of Americans, including most Democrats, support requiring photo ID at the polls.

Requiring identification to cast a ballot is already routine in daily life. This reversal on basic verification standards raises fair questions about consistency when protecting election integrity.
