I’ll be honest with everyone watching this unfold.

This is the best device I’ve ever had my hands on.
The aluminum build feels so solid it genuinely feels like it was machined from a single block not exaggerating.

And then there’s the haptic engine.
It adds a real, physical layer to the experience. Every click, every spin, every confirmation has weight to it.
You don’t just see your decisions you feel them.
Especially the bad ones. 😅

We’ve already launched the first custom-built app inside the Degn dApp Store.
It went through multiple design iterations, UI/UX revisions, and hard feedback cycles and it’s now ready to be used worldwide.
Everything I stood for when I first talked about this project is still fully intact.
The only thing that didn’t go exactly as planned was the shipping timeframe and yes, you can blame me and @creamliquid for that.
We worked closely with the Degn dev team, offering a third-party perspective on UI/UX and software decisions.
But in the end, I truly believe most people would rather wait a bit longer for a device that makes you stop and think:

“What is this?”
“What is this thing even for?”
That reaction doesn’t happen by accident.
Every detail has to be right.
Every interaction has to feel Degn-aligned.

And that extra care shows.

This is going to be the best device crypto has ever seen.
What surprised me most is how even non-crypto people react when I show it to them.
I honestly can’t wait for the timeline to be full of degens flexing their newest and baddest knob.

Nothing has changed for me since the day I first encountered this project.
I love the vision.
I love the approach.
I love the build quality.

And I’ll repeat it again:
Degn will melt faces.

This is going to be the wildest ride I’ve ever been part of.
I’m still accumulating Degn if others want out, I’m comfortable on the other side of that trade.
On my way to 70.
