@ItsMrSethB @mlbbowman Obviously making it to the WS every year would maximize profits. Unless you are the Dodgers, that’s not realistic. The Braves don’t want to sacrifice being competitive in 29/30, to increase WS chances in 26. AA has been transparent around their process.

@b_outliers I think it’s obvious that Liberty Media has made it clear to AA is to be competitive year after year so they can maximize value of the battery. Winning a championship is not the priority. It is much more important to us than it is to the organization.

@ByJasonFoster I agree completely. They most likely would have still come up short. But at the same time I’m not sure why the Braves can’t find a better option out of the pen than CC. He has given up 21 hits in his last 15 2/3 innings. Seems like they waved the white flag early.

@mlbbowman They could also use a right handed hitting corner outfielder, 3rd baseman, and a SS. It’s amazing they have a 6 1/2 game lead with as many holes in the lineup/pitching staff. Thank goodness for the bullpen.

@jamesbaxterink SS is the 2nd best player to lace them up at South Carolina behind Big George imo. He is far and away the best WR I’ve ever seen in Columbia. Robert Brooks is a top 5 guy imo ahead of Edwards.

@newporthokie @GrantPaulsen @A_DCSportsFan Romello Height is the edge that played across from Bailey at Texas Tech. At times he looked better. Had 10 sacks last year. He’s not as big 6”3 235 but similar to an edge that Minnesota used in their 3-4.

@johnstraub1961 Maybe he needs to get an education from UCONN since that degree is so elite. IMO, living in SC is far better than spending several months of the year knee deep in snow with limited sunshine. Seems like an easy decision.

@JoshTaylorFB I’ll preface this by stating I know nothing, but Adam Peters history does tell us he values RAS score over need. I feel like Love, Styles, and Delane have to be on top of their board at 7. Unfortunately Styles, and Love will be gone. I’m sure you have intel though (I have none).

@JoshTaylorFB @legend96_96 Tate was not nearly as impressive as Egbuka at Ohio State. Both were playing beside a generational talent, but Egbuka was more productive and explosive. Egbuka went 19. That shows how weak this draft is up top.

@SC_Commanderr @SleeperWSH @Xommanders @MelKiperESPN I know every draft is different, but I would hate to spend the #7 on a player that was less productive than a player in the same setup the prior year (Egbuka went 19). They both played across from a generational WR. Egbuka looked like a better player. Is Egbuka the ceiling?
