If you enjoyed Backrooms I cant recommend Channel Zero enough, each season is inspired by a different iconic Creepy Pasta, all exploring themes of liminal spaces, forgotten media and distorted memory.
@Brointelprobrah I'd have to go back to rewatch, but I was fairly certain that the Captain was the one on the autopsy table as Mary passed by the doorway? I remember specifically the creature's leg being long enough to hang off the end of the table. Could be wrong though!

Clark mentions 'eating' the copies to stay alive in the Backrooms. He even shows us by consuming one of them, leaving behind this white fluffy substance in the wound. (1/2)
@HolaMinii@ColbyProst91431 Oh interesting theories. I'd guess the portal would have had to have been there for at least a few months since he called the electrician about the high electricity bills for the store, which would probably have taken a while to notice. You got me stumped on the rest, though haha
@jasonGainz281 The same one as everyone else? The one where he scoops out the mimic's white fluff from its stomach, slaps it on a plate, and says 'And you can eat them' before giving the plate to Mary. It was like a whole ass scene
@olenzilla OH interesting. The MRI bit completely threw me, but thinking back, it makes sense why they were running scans on Mary once ASync got their hands on her. Good catch!
@MetalBreach I mean maybe? She was hitting it in the side of the head and the chase scene lasted for several minutes. I think it would be a bit of a stretch for the viewer to understand that it was 'human Clark's' blood being held in the creature's mouth during the fight scene, but could be
@MetalBreach Yep, when Mary hits the creature with the stone, it splatters her face and blouse, and she's covered with it at the end of the film. As far as I could see, anyway
@ColbyProst91431 Oh that could be! Interesting theory, especially since the Captain Clark mimic was much more detailed than the others. He even had the correct number of eyes and everything!
@CrisChats He didn't actually eat it in the film, but he takes out a piece from the copy and slaps it on a plate in front of Mary after he says 'You can eat them', so you don't actually see it happen on screen
If the copies/mimics don't bleed, how is it that in the final entity confrontation, Mary is able to injure the 'Clark Entity' with the stone and cause it to bleed all over her? Are there both sentient (lifelike) and non-sentient (fluff filled) mimics roaming around? (2/2)
Donkey Kong 64 is a game I probably have logged over 100 hours on over my lifetime and have 101% completed it the last time I played it. So I have full authority when I say that it is a game meant purely for sickos and you must keep that in mind when you play it.
Hard to overstate just how good episode four of Widow’s Bay is, genuinely excellent horror television. Mean like Sam Raimi is mean at his best, brutally funny, creepy. It’s peak folks
Decided to try watching season 1 of True Detective and I'm seeing red because Woody Harrelson plays a detective who is cheating on MICHELLE MONAGHAN?! Who is his WIFE?! Like in WHAT WORLD omg
