Together Djibouti, Ethiopia and the Dangote Group will develop a 120-kilometre pipeline
connecting Damerjog to Dewele, with more than one million cubic meters of combined storage capacity at the two ends.

Djibouti is a small country, but it has a big heart.
In 2017, Filippo Grandi, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, praised Djibouti for opening its borders to refugees from four neighboring countries, despite having limited resources.
Djibouti has hosted many refugees, even though it is not a wealthy country. This is humanity and dignity. 🇩🇯❤️

I am honoured to announce the successful completion of the advanced training programme “Housing the Urban Poor: Policy, Planning, and Implementation – The Indian Experience”, held from 18 February to 3 March 2026 at HUDCO’s HSMI in New Delhi.
The knowledge and competencies gained during this programme will undoubtedly serve as a strong foundation for my future work in urban advocacy, policy development, and strategic planning in Djibouti.
Furthermore, I extend my continued and sincere gratitude to the Embassy of India in Djibouti for their pivotal support and seamless facilitation, which made my participation possible.
