"Do as I say, not as I do" is the basis of the entire conservative mindset. Its a waste of time to accuse a conservative of being a hypocrite, because they don't see anything wrong with hypocrisy.

to the “there were no Black people in ancient greece” crowd who keep popping up:
1. that is not true
2. you don’t care that it’s not true because you are racist
3. even if it were true, adding Black characters to art made for a modern audience is not inherently racist.
