Here's video of a raid last June on a Little Rock man suspected of selling pot. The cops also shattered a glass sliding door in the back of the house. There was a 9 y.o. child inside at the time. LRPD presented no evidence in the warrant application the man was dangerous.
Sean Fine and the @globeandmail have just got to quit doing this. We don't live in a judicial culture where the government that appointed the judge tells us anything useful about their reasoning. To suggest otherwise risks importing that sort of culture here, which we don't want.
Is NBC News proposing that federal prisoners be starved during the shutdown? Or should their pre-ordered holiday food supplies just be discarded and new, less-palatable sounding meals purchased?
