@Antvandy@atlhunt47@HunterHodies arguing against elite players because they play with other elite players is dumb. Especially in Kuch's case when you see what kind of opportunities he is able to create to his linemates. Also for example take a look at Stamkos with Kucherov vs Stamkos in Nashville the year after
@atlhunt47@HunterHodies Kucherov might age better than Geno mostly because his game is based on his IQ but not on skating and the powerplay magic doesn't disappear when he ages. Imo in the end it is essentially comparing apples and oranges so it comes down to playstyle and positional preferences.
@atlhunt47@HunterHodies It's close for sure and i totally see why you would take Kuch but I'm not buying the fact that Kuch would be as clear of geno as you argue.
@atlhunt47@HunterHodies Malkin led in 2 cup runs aswell. In his peak years he was right there or even head to head with the best players. Malkin also played 2nd line minutes (was 1C at times and dominated). Also the Art ross in Genos peak years were won with around 25 to 30 pts less than these days.
@OpyNeon@illy5d @alyssalerae @FierySharky Player doesnt need to have a reason to move if he has an nmc.
He can just say that "I don't like the jerseys of that team" and it would be good enough reason because of his clause that the GM gave to him.
@OpyNeon@illy5d @alyssalerae @FierySharky He has that right during his entire contract. It does not matter how much of it is left. Blame the team, not Mitch for doing something that is included in the contract.
