3 weeks ago my roblox account (troleur01) was compromised and drained of my few limiteds. I’ve been trying to get them restored for the last few weeks but I just keep getting blocked off by the stupid ai automated support. No actions has been taken on the accounts who passed my items around and I just haven’t even been restored or compensated at all despite the support being responsible for removing my 2 steps and disabling my protections after assisting the hackers through their automated support system. Genuinely losing my mind with this whole thing.

@Roblox my account was compromised last weekend. After four days of interacting with support I was able to get it unterminated and regain full access to it. Unfortunately, I noticed that my 2 most valuable limiteds were stolen. One of the was my dominus formidulosus which I’ve had since it’s original release 7 years ago. When attempting to restore it, they denied it claiming I had bought the item off-site. When I disproved it and showed them the original transaction from 7 years ago, they still denied the restore and would not change their mind. This is genuinely stupid. I’m still trying and doing my best to get through this unfair decision and recover my items but I’ve had no luck so far. Really hoping I can get this resolved.

#Roblox Been dealing with this issue for a few days now. I was recently compromised and with the help of ai support, the hackers were able to brute force through my 2steps and remove all my credentials making it practically impossible to log on and recover the account. After recovering the account, I realized two of my limiteds were stolen. I’ve been trying to recover my items but It is impossible to reach a human staff of the support team. With how bad the system is, the ai have done nothing to assist or help in this situation. I’m left unable to recover what I lost due to support’s incompetence and I’m running out of options. @Roblox @DavidBaszucki @Roblox_RTC

@Roblox I'm 8 tickets deep. this is very frustrating and ridiculous from a company this big. The AI support is genuinely ridiculous and provides little to no help. Hopefully this reaches someone.
