@MightyGazelle1 As such, male character ships are more popular because they have more to go off of. Many shonen do so poorly at writing female characters that it's boring to ship them. Who is more interesting in a scene together? Deku with Bakugo? Or with Uraraka? It's Bakugo

@MightyGazelle1 Oh it's really obvious actually. The most popular anime are shonen, which are heavily male focused. The writers and main demographic are male and as such, most of the focus on characterization and development are on male characters. 1/2

@MightyGazelle1 This is actually a super interesting match that I think Koichi has the advantage of in terms of quirk but Bakugo can probably overcome through intelligence

@MightyGazelle1 Miles beats every version of Deku up until Deku unlocked the powers of the past wielders. Then Deku smokes him.
Deku beforehand is stronger, but Miles' spidey sense, Invisibility, and Venom shocks give him an edge
