Been thinking about this a lot. There is no other fiction world, in any form of art I���ve ever experienced, that has felt as real or as tangible as the world of Destiny. It truly feels like a real place, a place that you could live in and make friends in and go on adventures in.

@PaulTassi Sad. They may have had alot of mistakes along the way, but Destiny and D2 got so many things right along the way. There isn't even a close second in the space magic shooter genre of this caliber. To see Bungie dissolve this way is just heartbreaking.

@GameBreakerGod It's literally all the stuff I enjoy in other games, but far more of it. Like actual surprises, not just chests of upgrade materials. Randomness in quests, strange encounters.... and the first game in a while to make me just stop and stare.

@PaulTassi @Forbes It's a diamond in the rough as is, and sounds like it was far more-so. But for every irritating thing, which are many, the core is the first game in a while to make me say "holy shit that's cool". Repeatedly. It has exactly the surprise missing in Avowed, Veilguard, and others.
