Well it is now six weeks later and after numerous emails to @FordServiceCA , telephone conversations with @HERE, the mapping company, and many visits to @CITYFORD there is still no map update available for my 2016 Escape. I won't be buying FORD again!

@FordServiceCA Yes. I have tried that link. I have also talked to HERE. They tell me talk to the dealer. I talk to the dealer. They tell me there are no updates available. My question, why isn't HERE that Ford has contracted to supply the map software keeping their maps up to date?
