Know there are MAJOR differences between what games get talked about online, and what games sell well.

I see this in our own business: we have one game that outsells all our others by a huge margin, but it's talked about less than our other games:

Trekking the National Parks - we sold 100,000 copies last year alone though it's been in print since 2018, and it's looking like it'll sell more this year.

@boardgamesjames Hate that! Sometimes we notice our Shopify orders qualify for “Chargeback Protection” as long as we ship and upload tracking within a time period. I’m not sure which orders qualify, or if it’s something we turned on, but something to look into.
