Easy ways to impress (90% of my inbound don't do this):
Spell my name right.
Spell my company's name right.
Don't ask me if you can ask me a question, just ask it.
Don't ask for a phone call, just explain your problem and what you've already tried.
Be specific. Don't copy-paste.
@Rbjacobs Thanks for the copy-paste answer. First, it's not a caution you're forcing me not to use it. Secondly, what about integrations like @QuickBooks for accounting that logs in as a secondary read-only user? How do we fix this? (I believe @Xero and @22seven etc are also not working?)
If you can’t make one decision, make a different one. Generate some momentum. The act of making unrelated decisions can dislodge the one you’re stuck on.
Another excellent article from @pjrvs 👌🏼 His newsletter never disappoints 🔥. Busy reading Digital Minimalism by New Cal Newport and it all ties together. https://t.co/bdwtdyXjpD
Started a drawing course on @udemy and it feels great to have a pencil in my hand and drawing just for fun again. Last time was probably at school which was a while ago.
It's been more than a month since I deleted the Facebook app from my phone and I haven't missed it at all. Not only have I not logged in since, I'm now using Instagram less as well. It's been amazing for my brain.
