If we find primary care properly then this wouldn't happen. Primary care is over run and underfunded and pushing work elsewhere increases the clinical risk. Plenty of GPS scared about work and want to work

I'm not sure this pharmacy first works. Been sitting in a pharmacy waiting for a prescription for 45 mins while an endless queue of patients forms. The pharmacist is doing back-to-back consultations with no ability to process scripts to the other queue forming.

Another government initiative doesn't work due to a lack of thought and capacity. The poor pharmacist looks out of her depth and is stressed, likely increasing the risk of mistakes. Just fund primary care adequately and stop trying to push GP work elsewhere.
