@dronkbleach I think that for many ‘the slog’ was due to the time between books coming out, but on re-reads I didn’t find it as drawn out. There are so many interconnecting story lines and characters you may forget who’s who at times, use the glossary!

@canadiansmurff @UnravelingWoT 2/2 what would be really clever of them would be to then go back and sort out the Trolloc scenes and other marginally unfinished elements so that Agelmar thinking it is the last battle is a bit more realistic because there are thousands of Trollocs rather then dozens

@canadiansmurff @UnravelingWoT In the defence of the the show runners, they lost a major cast member, had to do a load of reshoots on next to no budget, and ran out of cash to really nail the CGI… hopefully Amazon will have seen the popularity and give them a bit more $ to really polish the new series 1/2
