Harsh but every year we need to move forward. Improvements needed on Barney, Longman and Dobson who've hit their ceiling. Scarr and Coady go with Mulls, Lee, Faal, Revan, Hardie and O'Connor, none of whom need to be replaced. JRod & Kabore's spots need filling with better #wxmafc

Quite certain the Championship is going to be harder/tighter next season. The summer transfer window is going to have to be big if we are to get close to replicating this season's exploits. 4 or 5 new starters and a £35m kitty. #wxmafc

Pleased for Dalby. Bolton are a proper addition to the Championship. Wonder whether Stockport will now start to give diminishing returns or if it's a case of gradual building. No idea how strong Leicester/Sheff Wed/Oxford will be next year. Could be tougher next season.

Great that Plaid came out on top, but there seems to be far too many traitors in the ranks for my liking. Imagine being Welsh and voting for an Eng Nat party. Figures are likely skewed by English settlers but still... Sad.

Today's fixture used to be a big name preseason friendly to get some much needed coin. Shows how things can change. Suspect Stoke were going through the motions because they were very poor. Nice confidence builder for us and some really nice play at times. #wxmafc

The person whose job it is to play Wrexham is the name when the teams come out needs sacking. I think today was the worst it has been but it has been shit all season. Either starts half way through the song or when the players are already half way across the pitch. #wxmafc

Physically and mentally run out of steam. Squad depth just not enough in terms of quality to sustain a push to the end. Been a good season; better than most thought was possible. Poor Jan window didn't help but I'm sure it was part of a bigger plan for next season. #wxmafc

The real kick in the nuts is that we didn't actually play all that badly. I don't think they misplaced a pass all night. Best team we've played this season by a country mile. It'll be a good team that beats them in the play offs. #wxmafc

Tranmere throwing themselves into the drop zone mix. Strange feelings towards that lot. Enjoy the rivalry, don't want them to do well but would much prefer to see the Slops and Newport go. Think Barrow and Harrogate will be the ones but both have a history of scraping out late.
