@virginmedia hi, we're paying for 200mb internet and barely getting 10 for the last 3 days, connecting dropping in and out, no known in issues in the area, "everything works fine" in kt4 and with the hub..whats going on
@techjackie@rustybrick For a big section of our site last week Google rewrote all the titles so they were the same as the homepage. It seems to be rolling back now though

@HelloFreshUK Hi our order is missing, we've had nothing saying its been delayed, the site says its processing but thats it and no email saying its delayed. Can't find any live help on your website
@virginmedia i sit on the phone for over 40 mins and an automated discount of Β£3 comes up but if i want to stay on and talk to a human you take that away. How can you keep me hostage in my contract. Theres no way to discuss this we're now 2 months out of contract
@virginmedia I still can't get through to a human on the phone, i need to change the contract since im out of contract and our internet has been intermitant for weeks with no fix. Got directed to an automated text and noone on the phone is answering to resolve this issue.
@virginmedia I can't get through to customer services using the number, it just gives me the network busy tone. I can't even get in a queue. Theres also no way to use the online chat at the moment? How can i change my contract in time if i can't even speak to anyone
@tomwaddington8 If this leads to decent support for GMB it'll be worth its money to save the literal hours of working with GMB's current support over the last few months
